I was one of six lead facilitators for this nation-wide, full-day training program that was delivered to the bank’s 4500+ financial advisors.

I helped participants improve their abilities to deepen their relationships with their clients and discover more of their needs in order to increase the breadth and volume of their sales.

The program received the bank’s 2014 Scotiabank Learning Excellence Award.
