Insurance 101 – Building the Financial Advisor Relationship

I enabled RVPs (Regional Vice-Presidents) and RSDs (Regional Sales Directors) to develop their relationship-building and coaching skills regarding their interactions with their Financial Advisors.

In designing this course, I had to become familiar with the products and processes the FAs worked with and what their major challenges were in dealing with prospects and clients.

I also worked directly with the learners as a facilitator and coach, and had the additional role of being an internal coach to the program’s other facilitator/coaches, to help them further develop their own skills in serving the client.
