Presented as part of NACo’s (National Association of Counties – USA) Legislative Conference in Washington, DC., I helped elected and non-elected county officials learn how to be more persuasive in one-on-one conversations with their colleagues, staff and constituents, while simultaneously developing more positive and productive relationships with them.
