I’ve been working in learning and development for about 25 years and have served over 70 organizations, across North America.  My focus is to always build and deliver learning and development programs that:

• are designed to manifest specific, business and organizational objectives,
• contribute to a positive working environment, and
• participants enjoy and grow through.

I do this by blending creativity, process and structure. I’m passionate about my work and I engage people with genuine good will.
