The key aims of this program were to help participants in:
•    Developing and building knowledge of Impact and Influence following an eLearning programme.
•    Building understanding of the more advanced skills for impact and influence.
•    Developing self-awareness of own impact and influence on others.
•    Practicing and developing impact and influencing skills.
•    Developing a personal action plan to develop their impact and influence in the areas most important to the individual.
