Presented as part of NACo’s (National Association of Counties – USA) Annual Conference in Columbus, Ohio, I helped elected and non-elected county officials learn how to put together an effective crisis communication plan, how to craft effective crisis communication messages, and how to deliver effective communication in a crisis situation.
