Prospect Practice for Financial Advisors
I helped Financial Advisors improve their ability to convert new, high net-worth prospects into clients through a 10-step process.
In designing this course, I had to become familiar with the products and processes the FAs worked with, as well as detailed profiles of their typical prospects.
I also worked directly with the learners as a facilitator and coach, and had the additional role of being an internal coach to the program’s other facilitator/coaches, to help them further develop their own skills in serving the client.
